RAR-005 is an anomaly which could be found rarely in games, typically those with smaller playerbases. When active, it takes all nearby parts and starts spinning them to a random point
typically near the spawn, hence the nickname, "Tornado". The anomaly is still reported to be active, however extremely rare in the modern day. It was most active around the mid 2010s.
