Brief Overview:
RAR-003 is an anomaly still present in clients, although since its discovery has become much harder to activate accidentally, and upon activation can damage random files on the users computer. Upon activation, this will immediately cause the client to turn white and freeze up, and if not closed when this occurs, will begin to damage random files on the system by changing random bits of data within files.
Description:
RAR-003 is a mild hardware-damaging anomaly that affects random files upon its activation. It is unclear how this is activated, but it has been commonly theorised that its activation is caused by trying to render a part/model outside of the games contents, not by poor scripting but rather by chance. Upon activation, the game will immediately freeze and corrupt the ROBLOX launcher before randomly changing bits of randomized files, if RAR-003's effect is not stopped forcefully by task manager, total computer corruption is possible. RAR-003 earns the SEVERE rating as it does not corrupt system files directly, but indirectly due to this weird randomization nature.

Despite RAR-003's rare, but at-large presence on the ROBLOX client, mentions of this anomaly are far and few between. There have only been 112 known confirmed posts on this issue, all being described as a "memory problem" or "harddrive failure", but replicating RAR-003's anomalous properties on a computer both with office-computer specs and high-end 2020's gaming-computer specs prove a similar result.

Despite extensive testing, RAR-003's anomalous properties have proven not to exist on clients prior to 2011.
